Who we are. We are a family run business
located in Cheshire, England. Having come across nappy cakes in the USA
we began to make cakes for family and friends here in England. Word soon
got around and we began to make cakes to sell locally and then
nationally. Our business is still growing and the feedback we receive
has been fantastic to say the least! Making nappy cakes and now bouquets
is addictive and for something that started as a hobby it has grown into
a business that we love running! We have three small children ourselves so
we know exactly what new parents would appreciate. We wish we were sent
a nappy cake instead of flowers when we had our three!
We would like to
welcome Laura who recently joined the nappy cake team here at
Bellasbabycakes!
Our
designs have been updated since the early days and we
constantly look for new ideas and products for them.

updated and new additions added all the time.
We also makes cakes for older children. For example with
character toys pyjamas, outfits,
bath time toiletries and towels, blankets, cutlery etc- these cakes are
not just for babies!

What are
NAPPY CAKES?
Our cakes are not edible but instead include a range of baby clothes and products such as soft
toys, soothers, teethers, booties, vests, scratch mitts, socks,
blankets, towels, wash mitts, muslin squares as well as essential baby
toiletries and of course nappies! They are beautiful practical gifts
that are sure to turn quite a few heads!
Nappy cakes a relatively unknown in the UK but are quite rightly very
popular gifts in the USA and Australia. They are a fantastic and
practical alternative to flowers!
Bespoke designs.
About 40%
percent of the cakes we sell are bespoke design so if
you have an idea and price in mind then give me a call
or email to discuss your requirements and I will get
back to you with a design asap. I will even send you a
picture of your cake for approval! Now that's a service
you don't normally receive!
Quality of our products. We pride
ourselves on the quality and contents of our nappy
cakes. So many on the web are made of little more than
nappies and a few baby items or use supermarket clothing
and nappies. We only use Huggies or Pampers nappies and
our clothes come form either Mothercare, Mini mode
(Boots), John Lewis, Debenhams or Marks and Spencer and
other leading baby stores. We sometimes use hooded
towels (in our Classic range) from Asda George as we
feel they are of very good quality. Clothing is where
possible 100% cotton. All this ensures that your baby
cake is of the highest quality possible. Read what our

that the pictures on this site are for illustrative
purposes only and some items may need to be substituted
if our regular supplies are unavailable. Don't worry as
we will only substitute with similar ingredients that
will be of the same high quality and price and be just
as cute!
Sock rose buds. Socks and wash mitts and some
vests are rolled into rose buds with artificial leaves
and some also have stems. These can be dismantled easily
and are fully useable after but as we have learnt many
mothers like to keep these sock rose buds as keepsakes.
